Maegan has worked on the Rooftop for 3 years. She has helped to workshop and create signature & featured cocktail recipes, and will always know the best way to turn fun ingredients into a beautifully-made, sustainable tincture or syrup. In addition to creating amazing drinks, Maegan has (perhaps inadvertently) created a “bar lingo,” with bar terms and phrases universally understood by the Rooftop crew. She is a bar scientist, a trend-setter, and an honest leader.
